Question 01: Are you a factory or a trading company?

Answer 01: We are a factory for luggage and bag accessories, such as trolley handles, luggage wheels, luggage grips, locks, foot stands, etc. Below is our factory pictures.

Question 02: How will you control your product quality?

Answer 02: There are main two tests: physical test and chemical test.

For the chemical test, normally we take RoHs or REACH. Depend on customer's requests.

Question 03: What kind(s) of business tearms you can do?

Answer 03: Normally we accept Ex-work, FOB, CNF/CFR, CIF (ICD), DDU, DDP

Question 04: What will be your payment terms?

Answer 04: We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, etc.

Question 05: If I am interested in your products, can you supply samples?

Answer 05: We can supply one free sample for each model. But if the total sample quantity reaches 3, we will charge sampling fee.

Question 06: What will be your lead time?
